She has spoken for many conferences and audiences including all Olympic organising committees since Sydney 2000, the International Olympic Committee, HR Summit Sydney, 2007 and 2008 Executive Women's Leadership Symposium, Macquarie Bank connections, Chartered Secretaries Australia.  Katharine was considered the key monthly and annual speaker on Olympics planning during the four years leading up to the successful Sydney Olympic Games in 2000, during which time she was responsible for directing the operational planning for Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games.
