Organisation-wide leadership development Since finishing her 4-year role as the main architect of the operational planning and organisation evolution of the Sydney Olympics, Katharine has spent the last 8 years in working with organisations to drive their culture through effective leadership development programs. With Daniel Petre, she established the first externally facing Leadership Development practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia in 2004. There she focused on creating systemic leadership development programs for the top 300 of some of Australia's largest organisations, including Telstra. Joining the Mettle
Group after PwC, Katharine became Director of the Leadership and
Team Practice, focusing again on systemic leadership development and
performance management across organisations as diverse as Macquarie
Bank, Qantas, Minter Ellison, Canon, UBS, ING, AGL, Integral Energy,
Westpac, Ergon Energy, Anglo Coal In all the organisation-wide leadership development programs she designs, Katharine weaves in neurosciences, authentic dialogue, coaching, and "in-situ" coaching, which really means the type of development that occurs INSIDE the business. Her project management skills at large roll outs are exceptional, as she brings her Olympics experience of logistical planning to the fore. She is also a passionate Trainer for corporate's in-house trainers, as she believes that there is no better leadership development than learning to teach concepts yourself. |
