 Katharine has have over 17 years experience in strategy facilitation, including:

Corporate facilitation: Experience in facilitating strategy and project planning sessions for many types of corporate organisations across Australia including sessions on business process redesign, constructing organisational structures, planning the implementation of major supply chain relationship changes,  and mediating between hospital staff and angry unions.  Clients have included: Macquarie Bank, Qantas, Minter Ellison, Canon, UBS, ING, AGL, Integral Energy, Westpac, Ergon Energy, Anglo Coal Australia , Suncorp, Ernst & Young, AMP, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sydney Lord Mayor team, Jones Lang Lasalle and National Australia Bank

Olympic facilitation: Katharine spent four years as Manager of Operational Integration for the Sydney Olympics, a role in which she led the daily facilitation needed in the planning of the operations for all Olympic Venues.  She designed and led the major facilitation groups that allowed over 40 functional areas (such as Security, Logistics, Catering, Broadcasting, etc.) to be well integrated into over 40 operating venues across Sydney and interstate. Katharine is now regularly requested to act as a strategy facilitator for the Olympic committees, and has done so for Athens 2004, Torino 2006, Beijing 2008, Vancouver 2010, and London 2012.  

Non-profit organisation facilitation: Over the last few years,  Katharine has  worked with the YWCA of NSW to develop their five-year strategic plan, designed to extend the YWCA’s reach in order to empower and educate more disadvantaged people in NSW.  This project, which involved over 70 interviews of government and NGO leaders across NSW, involved many facilitation strategic sessions with YWCA staff and the YWCA Board.
